I have been on a lifelong journey to live a healthier lifestyle. Excess weight has been an issue most of my adult life. I tried several quick weight loss plans where I would lose the weight but eventually put it back

Several years I was diagnosed as pre-diabetic. At that time, I weighed over 215 pounds. My doctor wanted me to use drugs to shed the excess pounds. I did try them but found I didn’t like the side effects. I started to eat more fruits and vegetables and less sweets and was able to shed 30 pounds and change the pre-diabetic diagnosis.

In my pursuit to find better alternatives to a healthy lifestyle and to learn as much as I could, I became a certified health coach. In that end, I still continue my learning to find out what different meal plans are there and what will work best for each individual Wendy’s Wellness serves.

Getting to an ideal weight is a lifelong journey and new habits have to be formed. Wendy’s Wellness was founded to help each person achieve these goals through their own ideal plan.
